Workshop (3 hours)
Objective
This workshop covers the basic purpose, importance and considerations in estate planning, and how to distribute your assets according to your wishes using a Will, CPF and insurance nominations. With the help of case studies and activities, you will learn how to start preparing an estate plan, and what happens if you do not plan and your estate is distributed according to the Intestate Succession Act. Also covered is planning ahead with the Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA), Advance Care Planning (ACP) and Advance Medical Directive (AMD).
