Objective
This talk helps students understand some money habits and why inculcating good money habits benefits mental health. It provides students with the S.M.A.R.T. framework for setting personal goals plus tools and resources from IFL to help them plan and attain better control of their money. They will also learn safe ways to grow their savings and be aware of financial pitfalls such as excessive use of debt, Buy Now Pay Later schemes, scams and to avoid unregulated “get-rich quick” schemes.
