The session was well paced and the instructor ended just on time. The session was informative and we learnt many things about CPF plans that we previously do not know of. There is a good mix of young and more senior participants and I can see that the more senior participants are asking more questions on retirement while the younger participants are asking less questions. Personally, I agree with the instructor that planning for retirement should start young rather than old and I hope IFL can continue to share and spread this very useful message to all young and old alike.

“I would particularly like to highlight that the onsite sessions are more suitable and an effective delivery method for workshops like these. It encourages participants to ask questions and makes the learning experience better. I noticed our parents having many personal queries that they did not hold back, and facilitator handled them well. Parents found the information practical, examples cited relatable and useful.

SINDA also gave participants a take-home kit that had budget, meal planners, board games such as Monopoly to encourage applying what they learnt in their day to day lives. Facilitator went out of his way to share more about how to use these items and even involve children in the learning process.

I would also like to highlight to avoid using ‘low-income’ when conversing with our parents. Perhaps can use ‘financial constraints or challenges instead depending on the context.

Thank you once again for the opportunity! We would be delighted to connect for more of such engagements with families next year. Do share with us a programme menu for 2026 that I could take back to my team.”

We found the “Managing CPF Money For Your Retirement” workshop to be highly beneficial for our staff. Mr Soh Chin Heng delivered the content effectively, making complex financial concepts accessible and relevant to our participants.

The CPF nomination portion was particularly engaging and proved to be the most interesting segment for our staff. Many participants asked various questions about the nomination process, and Mr Soh was able to address all their queries comprehensively. His expertise and ability to provide clear, practical answers helped our staff better understand this important aspect of CPF planning.

The interactive approach throughout the session and Mr Soh’s responsiveness to questions created an excellent learning environment. Our participants expressed great appreciation for the valuable insights they gained, particularly regarding CPF nominations and how to properly manage their retirement planning.

Thank you for organising this training opportunity for our school.

Our workshop ran smoothly and I’d like to commend Ferris for being such an engaging speaker! Our staff seem to really enjoy their time.

Thank you for arranging for Peggy to lead the recent caregiver workshop – Financial Planning For Families With Special Needs. The session was well-delivered and informative, and we truly appreciated the trainer’s expertise and professionalism.

Overall, the feedback from attendees was very positive. Many expressed that the session was highly informative and inquired about the possibility of future sessions. This event marks the beginning of our collaboration to enhance financial literacy among TTSH Nurses, who number approximately 4,860.

The general feedback from the seniors for the IFL sessions has been positive. The duration was just right, the information was clear and the trainers were interactive and friendly. Sessions were also conducted on time. We would also like to thank IFL for the support and arrangements made to have these sessions held at our Centre. We look forward to future sessions soon!

Hope the talk can be longer as the speaker was rushing to finish and I feel like a lot of useful content was unable to be expanded upon. But, an enjoyable talk overall; speaker was engaging. Thanks for organising the talks. I also attended the Part 1 talk.

Estate planning segment made me think more deeply about how to plan my CPF nominations and monies accordingly. Previously didn’t give careful thought about this before.

Trainer is very knowledgeable.
