OBJECTIVE

This workshop covers unfair sales practices, your rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (CPFTA) and the Lemon Law, and who you can turn to in the event of disputes.  It includes case studies of unfair practices.  You will also learn about the roles and responsibilities of real estate agents, the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) and the Financial Industry Disputes Resolution Centre (FIDReC).
