Find out about unregulated investment schemes and their risks and how to protect yourself against unfair sales practices under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (CPFTA) and the Lemon Law. Learn also about the role of the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) when dealing with agents and how the Financial Industry Disputes Resolution Centre (FIDReC) can help you in the event of a dispute when investing.
